Opening Pharmacy Training Center on 3/4/2017
On April 03, 2017 the latest construction project of the Stiftung "Zukunft durch Bildung" was opened and is now for use by the SBG Dresden mbH. Sponsored by the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BiBB) and the Free State of Saxony, a total of almost 3.3 million euros was invested, of which 1.7 million euros where invested in technical equipment according to current industrial standards.
The heart of the 400 m2 building is a Galenisches laboratory and a pharmaceutical engineering centre with 12 workstations each. In the galenics, scales, deductions, casting moulds and shells are used when it comes to the production of laboratory-scale pharmaceuticals. In contrast, larger production and packaging processes are presented in the pharmaceutical engineering plant. For this purpose facilities such as a tablet press, capsule filling system and ointment machine are available.
The Pharmacy training centre will benefit vocational Training Pharmakant / -in, qualifying to Industriemeister/ zur Industriemeisterin – FR Pharmazie and continuing vocational training at the Sächsische Bildungsgesellschaft für Umweltschutz und Chemieberufe Dresden mbH, which depend on high-quality education and training.
Ceremonial groundbreaking Pharmacy Training Center on 4/28/2016
Following the successful completion of all appraiser phases the construction of our Phamacy training center for laboratory, process engineering and industrial engineering begins. This project sponsored by the Federal Republic of Germany and the Free State of Saxony opens up new opportunities after its completion in the field of vocational training Pharmakant / -in, qualifying to Industriemeister/ zur Industriemeisterin – FR Pharmazie and the training in the field of pharmacy.
On Thursday, 04.28.2016, together with the foundation "Zukunft durch Bildung" as owner and shareholder of the Saxon Education Company for Environmental Protection and Chemical Occupations Dresden ltd. (SBG), was the foundation for this on the construction site Pfotenhauerstr. 51 placed in Dresden-Johannstadt.
After a welcome by the Chairman of the foundation "Zukunft durch Bildung" Mr Thomas Ott short speeches were made by Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Peter Joehnk (Board Member foundation "Zukunft durch Bildung"), Mr André Barth (the local office Dresden-Altstadt), the commissioned architect Dr.-Ing. Jörg Düsterhöft and by the Managing Director of SBG Wolfgang Hübel.
As highlight of the event a copper sleeve with current time documents, construction plans and some change was admitted to the success of the project in the foundation before a reception for all guests was held - providing an opportunity for further discussions - including grantor, company representatives, neighbors and apprentices in vocational training Pharmakant / -in.

the project goal is the the contunious profiling of the Sächsischen Bildungsgesellschaft für Umweltschutz und Chemieberufe Dresden mbH to a multi-functional competence center of occupational education in chemisty and bio business by accession of the business division pharmacy at training center Radebeul of TÜV Nord Bildung GmbH & Co. KG and the expansion of it to a highly modern
„Pharmacy training center for laboratory, process engineering
and industrial engineering of the Bildungsverbund Sachsen
for chemistry- and chemistry related occupations“
The phamacy training center is targeted to be build up at the headquarter of the Bildungsverbund Sachsen for chemistry- and chemistry related occupations. By the beginning of 2017 at the latest it should amend the technical center for process engineering. The technical center for process engineering was put into operation in line with an advancement of BiBB and a country co-funding. It was modernised in 2009.
